Oil stone polishing
After wiping the surface clean, use a suitable particle size oilstone to polish it longitudinally. For special areas, horizontal polishing can be added, mainly used to discover defects such as pitting and dents.
Flexible mesh polishing
Using a flexible sand mesh to polish the surface longitudinally can more clearly display subtle defects such as pitting and indentation.
Oil coating inspection
After wiping the surface clean, apply oil evenly and place the stamped parts vertically under strong light. Small defects such as pitting and ripples can be found.
visual inspection
Directly observe whether there are macroscopic defects (such as cracks, deformations), ripples, wrinkles, etc. on the surface.
Inspection tool testing
Place the stamped parts into the inspection tool, check the dimensional and shape accuracy according to the instructions, and control the surface tolerance within ± 0.8mm.
